Conversations are recorded for quality and compliance. If you do not share your contact details, we keep the conversation for up to 90 days and then delete it. If you do share them, the conversation is kept with your contact record for as long as that record exists.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering visitors who reach out to us, and your consent when you choose to leave your contact details in the chat. Conversations are not used to train AI models.
